We act as an intermediary to facilitate the enrollment and management of shared subscription plans.

What we provide:

  • Assistance in connecting users to shared subscription slots
  • Support and account management services

What we do NOT provide:

  • Direct ownership or resale of third-party accounts
  • Unauthorized access to services
  • Modified, cracked, or pirated content

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using SplitSub, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with third-party terms: You acknowledge that subscriptions are provided by third-party platforms (Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc.) and you agree to abide by their respective Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.
  • Provide accurate information: You must provide truthful and complete information during registration and payment.
  • Use services lawfully: You may not use our platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to sharing credentials without authorization, fraud, or circumventing security measures.
  • Respect intellectual property: You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content accessed through subscriptions in violation of copyright laws.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

You are eligible for a payment and subscription management under the following terms:

  • Plan Types: We offer access to family/group subscription plans with varying durations (monthly, annual, etc.) and pricing based on the third-party service provider.
  • Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.
  • Non-Refundable: Unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Account Access and Sharing

  • Shared Access: Subscriptions obtained through SplitSub are part of legitimate family/group plans. You share access with other authorized users as permitted by the service provider’s terms.
  • No Credential Sharing: You may not share login credentials with unauthorized third parties or resell access.
  • Account Changes: Third-party providers may change account details, passwords, or availability. We will provide replacement access if such changes occur, subject to availability.

6. Service Availability and Interruptions

  • Uptime: We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% availability due to factors beyond our control (third-party service outages, maintenance, policy changes).
  • Support: If you experience issues with access, contact us via our Support Page. We will work to resolve issues within 48 hours.
  • Replacements: If a subscription slot becomes unavailable due to technical issues or provider changes, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Summary:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days if access was not provided as described.
  • No refunds are issued after access has been successfully delivered and used.
  • Cancellations must be submitted via our Support Page.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use our services to access content illegally or in violation of third-party terms
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our platform or third-party services
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access obtained through SplitSub without authorization
  • Upload malware, viruses, or engage in fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of payments, without refund.

Third-party service names and logos (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies unless explicitly stated.

SplitSub integrates with third-party subscription services. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party terms, pricing, or availability
  • Content quality, legality, or availability on third-party platforms
  • Actions taken by third-party providers (account suspension, policy changes, etc.)

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
